Main purpose of the Role :
• Ensuring approved project is delivered to the highest requirements, including cost, time, quality and safety
• Contract management, delivery of construction, management and development of the Project team
• Maintain, develop and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitoring and reporting progress and performance
• Progress monitoring
• Agree details of any required variations
• Attend regular liaison meetings with the Authority and attend the Project
• Companies’ board meetings as required
• Assistance in relation to any variations that arise
• Manage Design and Construction Phase with the Project’s sub-contractors as necessary
