• issuing non-compliance reports and agreeing remedial actions and verifying their completion
• engaging in inspection and verification activities
• verifying conformance prior to accepting completed works
• liaising with client as necessary
• taking leadership role in managing communications between subcontractors and team

• reporting through agreed reporting lines on project progress and stage assessments
• preparing and issuing site instructions
• preparing and issuing product/documentation for approval by client in accordance with contract

• assisting in the preparation and implementation of Project Management Plan/s
